i took my first pottery class in july of 2021. two days before, i was watching youTube and stumbled across a video of people trying pottery for the first time. needing an escape for myself, i thought "why not try?"

after my first class, i was hooked. i attended classes in brooklyn at clay space and brooklyn clayHouse before venturing out to southern california where I became a member at a local studio.

nowadays, you can find me at the studio pretty much 24/7, improving my craft and making things i love. splat ceramics was created to bring joy to everyday routines, and I hope my pieces are able to do that for you.
