How are your pieces made?

Every piece is individually handmade by Sydney from start to finish.
Every piece is one of a kind and may have signs of handmade, such as variations in form, size, and color. No two items are the same and all measurements are approximate. 

Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?

Yes! Unless otherwise stated, all my pieces are dishwasher/microwave safe.

Are your pieces oven-safe?

No, they are not oven-safe

Help! I received a damaged item!

I'm so sorry to hear that! While we do our best to package items with extra care, a piece is bound to break from time to time in transit. Please get in touch with us ASAP at hello@splatceramics.com so we can assist you with your issue! Please be sure to take a picture of any damage that has occurred.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping

We ship to the US, Mexico, and Canada. Please note we cannot track international shipping.

Domestic (US) shipping is estimated to take 5-10 business days.

International shipping times vary from just a few weeks to over 1 month. International buyers are responsible for any customs charges or fees upon arrival of your country. Seller is not responsible for late deliveries, lost packages, and things out of our control after shipment.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package and destination from origin.

Help! I put in the wrong shipping address

If you have not received a shipping notification email, that means the package has not shipped out yet, please send us an email at hello@splatceramics.com as soon as possible with your name, order number, and the correct address. If your package is shipped, we will not be responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final.

Do you sell in stores?

We do not, but we frequent many events in the LA area! Be sure to follow our Instagram for news on upcoming events.
